Oversee a team of housekeepers in various areas in the hospital, managing daily deployment and rosters, and ensuring stringent hygiene, infection control, and sanitation standards are met. Inspect assigned areas to ensure environmental service standards are met. Ensure strict compliance with hospital and regulatory infection control guidelines, hand hygiene protocols, and isolation PPE procedures. Supervise detailed cleaning and disinfection.
