We are currently looking for a dynamic and people-oriented individual to join us as an HR Business Partner. In this role, you will work closely with business and operations teams to drive HR initiatives, support employee engagement, and contribute to organisational success. Responsibilities - Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and support talent-related initiatives - Provide HR advisory support and act as a key contact for employee-related matters - Use data and insights to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve team performance - Support employee engagement initiatives, including survey follow-ups and action planning - Manage employee relations issues and ensure compliance with employment regulations - Work closely with internal HR teams to deliver effective HR services - Build strong relationships across teams to foster a positive and high-performing work environment - Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and services
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline - 1–3 years of HR generalist or HR business partnering experience preferred, fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply - Basic understanding of Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across different levels of the organisation - Good problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and service-oriented mindset - Comfortable working with data and HR metrics to identify trends and support decision-making - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint - Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Team player with a positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn
