The Clinic Service Associate provides administrative, operational, and basic patient care support within inpatient or clinical settings. The role involves assisting with patient hygiene and care activities, supporting feeding and mobility, monitoring vital signs, and preparing patients for procedures. CSAs also carry out clerical and coordination tasks such as managing patient records, supporting admissions and discharges, and liaising across departments. The role is part of an evolving workforce that integrates care, operational support, and service delivery to enhance patient outcomes.
Candidates should possess minimum GCE ‘N’, ‘O’ or ‘A’ Levels, or NITEC / Higher NITEC qualifications. A recognised certificate in healthcare support or relevant training is advantageous. Candidates should be physically able to support patient care activities, possess good teamwork and communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment. A strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn are essential. Shift Hours (Varies according to Institutional / Operational Needs) 1st Shift: 7am to 3.30 pm, 2nd Shift: 1.30 pm to 10pm, 3rd Shift: 9pm to 8am.
