• Plan duty rosters for service crew to ensure adequate staffing while optimising labour costs, and organise daily staff station assignments. • Control labour costs through effective scheduling, productivity improvements, targeted training, and optimised kitchen and dining layouts. • Develop, implement, and maintain cashiering and administrative systems to support smooth operations. • Supervise cash flow, including the management of petty cash transactions. • Oversee staffing matters, including staff motivation, performance, and training. • Support the Area Manager in developing market positioning and ensure advertising, promotions, menu offerings, pricing are aligned with the brand positioning and clearly communicated to staff. • Ensure a welcoming environment by delivering friendly, consistent, and high-quality customer service, and ensure all service staff uphold the same standards. • Actively gather feedback from customers and staff, identify areas for improvement, and incorporate constructive suggestions into daily operations. • Ensure all staff understand and carry out their duties and responsibilities effectively. • Supervise daily outlet operations and assist in serving customers when required. • Perform cashiering duties when necessary due to manpower constraints. • Handle customer complaints professionally while maintaining positive customer relationships. • Tally cash registers and ensure daily banking of cash takings. • Maximise outlet sales potential through effective local store marketing initiatives. • Any other duties as assigned by Management.
