Operate and monitor semiconductor fab equipment including Etch, Deposition, and Lithography machines. Perform wafer loading and unloading according to SOP requirements. Conduct routine equipment inspections and report technical faults to the engineering team. Maintain accurate production logs and comply with cleanroom procedures at all times.
Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering OR Diploma in Mechanical / Machinery Engineering. Experience with TEL or Kokusai equipment is an advantage. Prior semiconductor fab or wafer-handling experience preferred. Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and wearing full-body protective attire throughout shift.
