Responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of the security guard force, working with departments to ensure that all security procedures and processes are stringently adhered and complied with. Job Roles & Responsibilities: Assist the Security Manager to lead the security team in the overall daily departmental operations. Supervise the security officers in the daily departmental operations and Club’s daily events. Plan and coordinate the assignments and deployment locations for the security officers. Plan and assign security coverage for VIP events by identifying special requirements and needs. Liaise with Police authority for VVIP coverage such as Heads of State or Ministers. Direct and coordinate building parameter access and crowd control, by effective and productive deployment plan through direct supervision. To check on visitors, suppliers and possible trespasses by doing routine patrolling and supervision. Parameter patrol to detect and deter intruder. In charge of emergency equipment such First Aid Box, fire extinguisher by doing periodic checks to ensure validity. In charge of First Aid Box by doing periodic checks to ensure sufficient supplies and to put up order for replenishment. Train the security officers in daily tasks assignments by identifying daily operational shortfalls and improving them. Ensure that the security officers are diligently adhering to the security procedures and processes by conducting regular quality checks. Identify, investigate, resolve and recommend remedial actions on security breaches, car park breaches and any other related Club’s security matters and to ensure the enforcements are in place. Write security related documents such as incident reports and SOPs. Handling security system such as CCTV, access control, other related equipment located in the FCC such as PA system, fire alarm panel, lift monitoring panel etc. Responding to emergency situations, such as fire alarm, fire evacuation, medical emergency, accidents within the Club premises, falling tree etc. Liaise with the relevant authority such as the Police, SCDF, NPark etc. Managing and handling car park reservations for VIPs. Work closely with other departments for any security related requirements. Ensure all business partners, employees, Club members and guests observe strictly all Fire, Safety and Emergency procedures through constant and consistent checks and enforcements. Liaise with outsource security agency on all security officer force issues, such as manning, attendance, performance etc.
