Handle daily rectification and repair work in the facility such as leak, choke, lightings issue, air condition, audio visual and sound system, kitchen equipment, painting, etc. Respond to service call form other department personnel relating to maintenance issue to ensure prompt action and trouble shoot breakdowns and defects. Work closely with contractors to manage day-to-day operations. Ensure all facilities maintenance works are carried out with the least disruption to the business operations with appropriate with appropriate safety measures. Understand and abide to risk assessments. Maintain and ensure minimum supplies of technical equipment for prompt service delivery at all times. Keeping a record of all the day-to-day maintenance and service activities taken in the facility. Respond to all fire safety and emergency situations. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in facilities, building maintenance, or mechanical operations with strong hands-on technical knowledge. Strong practical skills in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of building services and facility equipment. Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify faults, assess maintenance requirements, and detect potential safety risks. Familiarity with workplace safety practices, risk assessments, and safe work procedures. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively as part of a team. Detail-oriented, proactive, and quality-driven with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership. Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple maintenance tasks effectively. Willingness to respond to emergency maintenance situations and perform ad hoc duties when required.
