The IPQC Technician plays a vital role in ensuring product quality during the manufacturing process. By conducting in-process checks and monitoring production activities, this role helps prevent defects and supports compliance with company and industry standards. This will be a 6-month contract role. Key Responsibilities: • Perform in-process inspections at various stages of production. • Monitor and record key process parameters to ensure compliance with specifications. • Identify and report non-conformities promptly to supervisors. • Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions for process deviations. • Ensure proper documentation of inspection results in line with ISO/GMP requirements. • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to maintain continuous quality improvement. • Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment.
Diploma/Certificate in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality Assurance. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in quality control are welcome. Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards (ISO 9001, GMP, etc.). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures. Good communication and teamwork skills. Eagerness to learn and grow in quality assurance. Flexibility to work shifts if required. Positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving. Working shift: Morning - 8am to 5.30pm / Afternoon shift - 2.30-11pm
