Operate and monitor advanced manufacturing equipment including CNC machines, furnaces, robotic automation systems, and production process lines. Perform precision manufacturing, machining, and assembly tasks on high-value engineered components with strict quality requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives including 5S, process optimisation, and waste reduction activities. Maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety, and operational discipline within a controlled manufacturing environment. Work in shift-based operations and ensure consistent adherence to safety, quality, and production targets.
NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Engineering-related discipline. Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, fabrication, assembly, or thermal processing. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications. Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gauges) and quality inspection methods. Exposure to automated production systems, robotics, or industrial machinery is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship in precision manufacturing. Ability to follow structured processes and SOPs consistently in a controlled production environment. Comfortable performing repetitive, high-precision tasks with discipline and accuracy. Willingness to work in shift-based operations, including overtime and extended standing periods. Comfortable working on weekends. Strong teamwork, reliability, and proactive attitude with willingness to learn multiple manufacturing processes.
