• Develop and maintain BIM models for facade systems using Autodesk Revit • Use Autodesk Inventor for detailed component modeling and custom facade elements, including fabrication drawings • Produce shop drawings, construction drawings, and coordination drawings based on project requirements • Ensure all models and drawings are accurate, coordinated, and aligned with project specifications • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to resolve design and construction issues • Review and update models based on design changes and site feedback • Support clash detection and coordination processes within BIM environment • Maintain proper documentation and version control of BIM models and drawings
• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field • Proven experience in BIM modeling, preferably in facade or building envelope projects • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (mandatory) • Working knowledge of Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD • Strong understanding of facade systems, materials, and construction methods • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications • Good coordination and communication skills • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
