Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field. 5+ years’ experience in enterprise AI systems and microservices architecture. Proven track record designing scalable AI and data-driven solutions. Strong knowledge of machine learning, generative AI, and statistical modelling. Hands-on experience with agent-based AI systems (single and multi-agent). Expertise in Apache Spark (Python), Kafka, Hadoop, and big data processing. Experience building robust, large-scale data pipelines and distributed systems. Solid understanding of modern software engineering and microservice architectures. Strong communication skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams. Self-driven, curious, and comfortable working in a global matrix organization.
