Drive service sales growth for mtu marine applications within assigned accounts and territory. Develop new business opportunities while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships. Promote service offerings including maintenance contracts, spare parts, upgrades, and technical solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key accounts. Plan, monitor, and report service sales performance aligned with ATS targets. Conduct customer visits, business reviews, and manage escalations to ensure high satisfaction levels. Provide timely market intelligence, customer feedback, and sales insights to internal stakeholders. Achieve order intake, revenue, and profitability targets through effective sales execution. Prepare quotations, support contract negotiations, and implement approved pricing strategies. Lead key account planning to identify growth opportunities and ensure long-term customer retention.
Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Marine, or related discipline. Minimum 8 years of experience in sales or service within marine or industrial sectors. Proven track record in achieving service sales targets and managing customer relationships. Experience working with government or public sector customers is an advantage. Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Customer-focused with a proactive and collaborative working approach. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with distributors and key accounts. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese to speak with Chinese clients Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and challenging environment. Willingness to travel as required for business needs.
