Monitor the quality of extrusion fabrication outputs and safety of extrusion operations Trains and reinforces employees on machine operation, safety, and company policies Inspect fabrication outputs to check for inconsistencies and deviations from established quality standards Maintains fabrication workflow, processes, and types of machinery Coordinate or recommend procedures for facility or equipment maintenance or modification, including the replacement of machines Ensures that production is being accomplished as per production schedule and specifications Monitor team and work procedures to meet production schedules Provide direction for project tasks and hold all team members accountable for safety, quality, and production Conduct daily briefing with the crew to review production goals and performance feedback
Minimum of 1 years’ experience as a production engineer in construction or manufacturing environment In-depth knowledge of extrusion procedures, equipment, and WSH guidelines Able to read and interpret construction blueprints and shop drawings. Problem-solving abilities Able to use a variety of material handling and fabrication equipment.
