Act as the primary interface with customers, managing service delivery and supporting fleet health performance. Represent the voice of the customer internally, ensuring priorities are communicated and executed effectively. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Fleet Planning, MRO, Engineering, Supply Chain, Commercial) for seamless service execution. Manage customer orders, service requests, and operational activities from initiation through completion. Collaborate with regional customer teams to achieve business objectives and customer success outcomes. Execute governance frameworks and planning activities under the Customer Operations Production System. Monitor operational KPIs, track performance, and ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues. Drive continuous improvement initiatives including process optimization and customer engagement enhancements. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support operational reviews and decision-making. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal systems and processes (e.g., SAP).
Diploma or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline. 2–5 years of experience in customer operations, service coordination, or order management. Experience in engineering, aerospace, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and operational workflows. Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to coordinate across multiple functions. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment. Strong analytical capability to interpret data and drive insights. Good problem-solving skills with structured and strategic thinking approach. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to present to stakeholders. Proactive, detail-oriented, and disciplined, with strong ownership and continuous improvement mindset.
