Maintain accurate and robust ERP/MRP system data to support demand fulfilment and supply planning requirements. Manage planning parameters and supply elements to ensure alignment with customer demand and delivery schedules. Analyse load and capacity constraints across the supply chain and implement mitigation strategies to ensure plan stability. Monitor and optimise inventory levels across the value stream while balancing cost and delivery risk. Ensure quality requirements affecting material availability are reflected in ERP systems and validated within the supply chain. Support SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) processes by providing accurate data, insights, and planning inputs. Evaluate warehouse and logistics implications of supply plans, including storage capacity, resource requirements, and expediting needs. Manage and interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure accurate material planning and availability. Optimise logistics and transportation methods to balance cost efficiency with material availability timelines. Conduct regular supply chain capability reviews to identify bottlenecks, constraints, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Degree or professional qualification in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or equivalent (e.g., APICS certification preferred). Experience in production planning, supply chain management, or materials control processes. Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and data integrity management. Understanding of load and capacity planning, including constraint and bottleneck analysis. Ability to make balanced, data-driven decisions in complex and ambiguous operational environments. Familiarity with cross-functional processes including manufacturing, procurement, quality, and new product introduction (NPI). Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, or similar data tools. Knowledge of inventory planning concepts and impact of ERP parameters on supply chain performance. Digital and data-driven mindset, with ability to leverage AI or advanced analytics tools where applicable. Strong ownership, communication, and continuous improvement mindset, with ability to operate within structured governance processes.
