Design, develop, test, and deploy in-house systems to support business operations and meet customer requirements. Adhere to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, coding standards, and development frameworks (Java, Python, SQL), ensuring proper documentation and version control. Enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability, particularly for manufacturing-related systems such as Shopfloor Control, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Supply Chain systems. Collaborate closely with Solution Architects (SA) and cross-functional teams to develop new features based on functional specifications. Perform unit testing, troubleshoot system issues, and implement timely bug fixes. Assess project feasibility, provide accurate development estimates, and update stakeholders on timelines and progress. Continuously improve coding practices and technical capabilities, contributing to a high-performing development team. Maintain source code repositories, version control, and IT documentation (e.g., manifests, deployment records). Conduct basic system analysis and recommend practical, scalable solutions. Provide backup support for system operations and assist in data extraction to support production and business needs.
Able to communicate in Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field Strong understanding of business operations, factory planning, and supply chain flows Experienced in end-to-end supply chain process - including logistic, inventory control, and purchasing Has knowledge of International Trade regulation Compliance procedure. Proven ability to prepare management-level presentations with clarity and impact Skilled in operational data analysis and performance tracking (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.) Able to manage a multitude of projects Meticulous and strong attention to detail ensure the data accuracy Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments Self-motivated team player with positive attitude Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
