Degree/ Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in Manufacturing Ability to work with the customer, HQ / factory, Peers / Subordinate, and Superiors Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills Ability to work with minimal supervision Able to handle customer complaint and work well with internal & external department to resolve quality issue Able to provide constructive solution / advice to the team Good knowledge in ISO management and customer audit
