Clear trays and used crockery promptly, sort and wash dishes, utensils, pots and equipment, soak heavily soiled items when required, dry and store clean items properly, keep rubbish bins clean, and dispose of waste regularly. Be polite, assist clients, communicate effectively, maintain eye contact, and report feedback promptly. Follow food hygiene, prevent contamination, maintain required records, and comply with safety and emergency procedures. Wear a clean uniform, name tag, safety shoes, maintain personal hygiene, and avoid excessive accessories or nail polish.
