Job Detail

Carry out preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance works for Material Handling Systems, including conveyors, hoisting equipment, transfer vehicles, and hydraulic-operated scissor lifts. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and rectify electrical, control system, and hydraulic-related faults to ensure optimal equipment performance. Inspect, test, and maintain electrical components such as relays, magnetic contactors, circuit breakers, power supply units, timers, and sensors. Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance activities to minimise downtime and improve system reliability. Ensure all maintenance work is carried out in compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, client safety requirements, and established work procedures. Participate in and adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Control of Hazardous Energy, and other safety programmes during maintenance activities. Maintain accurate records of maintenance works, equipment status, spare parts usage, and service reports through the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Coordinate with supervisors, clients, and vendors on maintenance activities and operational requirements. Support equipment testing, commissioning, and improvement initiatives when required. Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
