First point of contact for the customers assigned Use the various tools to facilitate the orders until it reaches customer Provide open order report and alert customer actively on shipments and FG. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative roles Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
