At our organisation, the Kindergarten Care Support Staff plays an important role in supporting the daily operations of the Kindergarten Care programme. Working closely with the Kindergarten Programme Staff and Kindergarten Care Centre Supervisor, you will assist in creating a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for children by supporting classroom routines, maintaining the learning environment, and ensuring the smooth running of the centre's daily operations. Roles and Responsibilities: Assist the Kindergarten Programme Staff in the daily care and supervision of kindergarten children. Prepare and maintain a safe, clean, organised, and stimulating learning environment. Carry out daily classroom routines, including attendance taking, meal supervision, hygiene practices, rest time, and transitions. Comply with all organisational policies, child safeguarding requirements, health and safety procedures, and regulatory standards.
Passionate about working with children and supporting their care and development. Caring, patient, responsible, and attentive to children's needs. Able to work collaboratively as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors. Physically able to support children's daily routines and classroom activities. Able to comply with organisational policies, child safeguarding practices, and health and safety procedures.
