At our organisation, the Student Care Centre (SCC) Head plays a vital role in leading the centre's daily operations while fostering a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for every child. As a leader, you will inspire and develop your team, build strong partnerships with parents and schools, and ensure the delivery of high-quality student care programmes that support each child's holistic development. Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Student Care Centre, ensuring smooth and efficient centre management. Provide leadership, guidance, coaching, and professional development to the centre team to maintain high standards of performance. Ensure the safety, well-being, and supervision of students in accordance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements. Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, schools, and external stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration. Ensure compliance with all operational policies, licensing requirements, health and safety regulations, and organisational standards. Manage staff scheduling, deployment, attendance, and centre resources to support daily operations. Handle centre administration, documentation, incident management, enrolment matters, and other administrative responsibilities as required.
