Diploma in Information Technology, OR 3 years of relevant working experience in Dynamics 365 F&O, including system configuration module deployment and user role / security design, or prior experience in related roles, is preferred Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), with knowledge of Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain processes Proven hands-on experience in D365 F&O configuration, module deployment, security roles, and system administration Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, SSRS, Power BI, and Power Automate for integrations, reporting, and automation Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies, with experience delivering enhancements and projects in structured environments Strong capabilities in business process optimization, troubleshooting, system configuration, documentation, and ERP performance improvement Able to work independently with initiative and accountability in a fast-paced environment Strong team player with good communication and problem-solving skills Adaptable and detail-oriented Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 265 Finance and Operations Functional Certification, OR Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Technical Certification Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Certification
