Project coordination, management and supervision of site installation, testing and commissioning. Documentation of method statement and work procedures. Review and monitor site construction activities programme to ensure work completion as scheduled. Schedule and monitor work program and activity to ensure on-time handover of work and liaise with suppliers/vendors to ensure on-time delivery of materials. Work Assessment for Progress Claims and Sub-Contractor’s payment. Evaluation, Cost estimation & analysis for different trade services. Preparation of design construction drawings. Liaison with all parties involved in the project including Local Authorities, Consultants, Architects, Main contractor, Sub-contractors & Suppliers. Attend site meetings and inspections.
Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. Knowledge of tender costing with experience in evaluation and cost estimation will be an added advantage Min 2 - 5 years working experiences in similar position with relevant design and installation knowledge preferred but no experience are welcome. Excellent interpersonal communication skill, innovative and result oriented. Ability to work independently in a challenging and demanding environment.
