Job Description: Prepare ingredients (e.g. chopping, marinating, portioning) before service Cook and assemble menu items according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines Ensure food quality, taste, and consistency are maintained at all times Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment Follow food safety and sanitation standards (e.g. proper storage, labelling, FIFO practices) Assist with stock replenishment and basic inventory control Support kitchen team during peak hours to ensure smooth operations Adhere to company SOPs and health & safety regulations Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
