Key Responsibilities As a Barista, you will: · Be a World Class Barista (& Tearista!) serving our amazing customers. You bring the passion, we provide the training, and you share the best specialty coffee & tea with the customer. · Guide customers through their coffee & tea experience from beginning to end providing exceptional customer service. · Serve a full range of products from our famous beverages to delicious food and beautiful merchandise. · Create meaningful moments - Share your knowledge, our heritage, and our sustainability practices with customers. · Handle cash transactions honestly, efficiently, and accurately. · Care about the safety & health of our Brew Crew and customers. · Take pride in the appearance of your café, maintaining a clean and organized environment, in accordance with health and safety regulations. Your Ingredients · Our Brew Crew is fueled by curiosity.
