Key Responsibilities: - Prepare Sauces, Ingredients & Sandwiches. - Ensure products are prepared and cooked according to SOP to ensure the highest standards - Receive and arrange food ingredients into the Chiller/Freezer/Cold room/Freezer room/Storeroom using FEFO method - Prepare food according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), ensuring the highest standards - Ensure best quality of food - Ensure no expired products are present in the kitchen at all times - Ensure tiptop food hygiene standards - Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen area - Ensure that chicken & food are of the best quality to deliver the best guest experience - Adhere to brand operations standards
