Key Responsibilities: - Guest Engagement to ensure best guest experience - Assist at the counter which includes Cashiering, Release of Orders to guests & delivery riders, and assisting with queries - Ensure order accuracy - Ensure cleanliness of lobby and counter areas at all times - Ensure Food safety, Hygiene and Guest Experience Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are adhered to the highest standards - Ensure that Self-Ordering Kiosks (SOKs) are functioning during restaurant operating hours - Assist with restaurant operational trackers and to gather guest feedback - Assist with the disposal of lobby rubbish - Adhere to brand operations standards - Guest Experience Manager to manage the above tasks and to lead the guest experience crew(s) within the restaurant
