Duties and Responsibilities: • Processes customer purchases, performs general cleaning duties, stocks shelves and merchandise displays neatly • Deliver exceptional customer service based on Stefano Ricci’s service Mantra, including welcoming and greeting all clients • Being the ultimate brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping experience • Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with the store management team • Support the Operations team in maintaining stock orders and assisting in cycling count activity. • Participate in taking store inventory counts according to guidelines and monitoring inventory for accuracy • Adheres to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses • Complies with all established company policies and procedures while upholding the security and confidentiality of documents and data • Other duties as assigned
Requirement: • With 2 years of relevant retail experience in luxury brand, and high-end fashion operation. • Strong personal selling and customer relations experience • Sales driven and goals oriented • Polished and professional • Good verbal and written communication skills: English and Mandarin • Ability to commit 3 times per week and comfortable with flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends and holidays • Excellent client service and communication skills
