Job Description: 1) Be a Shilla ambassador and portray a professional and customer oriented image at all times. 2) Welcome every customer and elevate customer service experience through good customer service, sharing of solid product knowledge and expertise. 3) Recognise sale opportunities when dealing with customers and be able to capitalize on upselling / cross presentation of items or services at point of service. 4) Perform inventory replenishment as and when required. 5) Maintain basic housekeeping and abide to all operation procedures. 6) Operate POS cash register and handle various mode of payment. 7) Required to work minimum 22 hours a week. 8) Any other duties as per assigned
