- Lead and grow the TCM Practice, formulate strategy and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop integrated holistic care - Assess patients' health conditions, develop individualized care plans and provide professional TCM consultation and treatments to patients, including acupuncture, herbal prescriptions and tuina therapy - Enhance TCM standards and work closely with Clinical Ops to manage the day-to-day operations TCM principles - Stay informed about the latest developments in TCM practices and research in China, Singapore and other relevant countries - Support clinic activities, including health talks and community outreach programs - Adhere to the TCM Physician’s Code of Conduct and MOH’s regulatory requirement - Any other duties as assigned
-Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (with Masters and PHD preferred) and registered with Singapore TCM Board -At least 10 years of relevant experience -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
