Job Detail

- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments addressing mobility, balance, physical strength, range of motion, cardiopulmonary endurance etc - Deliver evidence-based interventions including mobility and balance retraining, therapeutic exercises to improve range of motion, strength, flexibility etc - Monitor and review clients’ progress regularly, adjusting interventions in response to outcomes and care goals - Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and uphold confidentiality in accordance with professional and organizational standards - Provide advice on the use of assistive devices such as walking aids etc - Conduct caregiver training - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic client care - Contribute to in-service training, quality and service improvement initiatives - Supervise and conduct training to Therapy Aides (TAs) / new team members as required - Participate in research or audits where applicable - Oversee inventory management process - Any other duties assigned
