-Support in formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy, as well as to optimise the tenancy mix of the mall. -Perform market research and analysis to identify, prospect and secure new market segments. -Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract the right tenants to the property. -Negotiate leases and attend to tenancy-related matters. -Plan, establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships. -Responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance of the leasing department. -Responsible for all aspects of lease management. -Any other duties as assigned.
-Degree in Real Estate/Building Management/Marketing or related discipline, with at least 5 years’ experience in the leasing function in a retail real estate industry. -Strong negotiation skills and have working knowledge of the tenancy agreement process and documentation. -Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. -Well organized, meticulous and highly numerate. -Highly motivated, resourceful, positive and proactive, and with these traits, thrive on challenges and time pressures. -Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a constantly evolving environment.
