Job Descriptions: • Work with Operations team to retrieve documents from source systems. • Perform data maintenance with accuracy. • Liaise with stakeholders to obtain additional information where required to ensure customers’ information are updated accurately. • Ensure standard operating procedures are adhered during processing. • Ad hoc assignment by Team Lead from time to time. • Support service improvement initiatives when required. Period: Immediate till 4 July 2027 Location: Tampines Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Salary: Up to $3800
Job Requirements: • Minimum Diploma holder with at least 3 years working experience in finance industry. • Strong work ethics, meticulous with an eye for details, good problem-solving skills, and an ability to work independently are traits to succeed in the role. • Ability to manage tight deadlines. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words, and macros. • Team player, detail oriented and strong desire to learn.
