Develop and optimize Real Time Dispatching rules to achieve Full Automation. Act as a business and data analytics partner to manufacturing and IT teams. Define, document, and prioritize business requirements related to RTD, advanced scheduling, and MES capabilities. Perform root cause analysis on automation issues. Support 24x7 fab operations, including night on-call / on-duty coverage, to ensure timely issue resolution. Provide documentation and knowledge exchange within the team.
Possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related discipline. Have relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing, factory automation, production planning, manufacturing systems, or data analytics. Understand Real-Time Dispatching (RTD), advanced production scheduling, and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) concepts. Demonstrate experience developing, configuring, or optimising dispatching rules for automated manufacturing operations. Analyse production conditions and translate operational needs into effective system rules and automation requirements. Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate automation failures and conduct root cause analysis.
