Analyse production, capacity, equipment, labour, and cost data. Use Excel, Minitab, Power BI, or similar analytical tools proficiently. Apply CAD software when reviewing production layouts and workflows. Develop practical recommendations that improve efficiency and reduce waste. Manage improvement projects and collaborate across multiple functions. Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving capabilities. Familiarity with MES, ERP, and automation technologies is advantageous.
