Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related STEM discipline. Have at least four years of relevant experience in a high-volume advanced manufacturing fab. Demonstrate hands-on experience with KLA brightfield, darkfield, eBeam or eScan, and defect-metrology tools. Apply inspection tools to identify defect sources and protect production yield. Create inspection recipes for brightfield, darkfield, or related defect-inspection platforms. Use Statistical Process Control and experimental methods to resolve complex problems. Analyse complex datasets and translate findings into effective improvement actions. Develop defect-source and tool-fingerprint libraries for troubleshooting. Lead defect-reduction projects involving multiple engineering functions and suppliers. Train and guide Associate Engineers in daily monitoring activities. Communicate effectively with customers and geographically diverse teams. Work effectively under pressure in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Experience applying machine learning or AI to automated defect classification is preferred. Proficiency in Power BI or similar data-intelligence tools is preferred. Demonstrate adaptability, resilience, innovation, and continuous learning.
