Possess a diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related STEM discipline. Have at least two years of relevant experience in a high-volume advanced manufacturing fab. Demonstrate experience using KLA brightfield, darkfield, or defect-metrology tools. Analyse defect scan data and identify abnormal defect conditions. Understand inline inspection, defect classification, and yield-monitoring processes. Interpret findings from inspection and metrology equipment accurately. Prioritise work-in-progress according to changing production conditions. Communicate and escalate defect issues clearly and promptly. Collaborate effectively with engineers, technicians, and geographically diverse teams. Work effectively under pressure in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Demonstrate adaptability, resilience, curiosity, and continuous learning.
