Hold a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM discipline. Possess experience operating water-treatment systems within a 300mm semiconductor fabrication facility. Understand ultrapure water, wastewater treatment, water recycling, and associated facility systems. Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and system design documentation. Manage facility construction, installation, testing, and commissioning activities. Use Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD proficiently. Demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project-coordination capabilities. Communicate effectively across functions and geographically diverse teams. Work collaboratively with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Demonstrate ownership, adaptability, resilience, and continuous learning. Perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced project environment.
