Lead concept design for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems supporting a 300mm semiconductor fabrication plant. Prepare technical specifications and Requests for Proposal for assigned facility packages. Review and monitor design progress by EPC contractors and design consultants. Manage on-site mechanical construction schedules and project activities. Coordinate installation, testing, commissioning, and operational handover. Support facility systems covering exhaust, chillers, process cooling water, and cleanrooms. Resolve technical and construction issues with consultants, contractors, and operations teams. Maintain project schedules, design records, progress reports, and technical documentation.
Hold a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. Possess experience operating mechanical systems within a 300mm semiconductor fabrication facility. Understand exhaust, chiller, process cooling water, and cleanroom systems. Interpret mechanical drawings, technical specifications, and system design documents. Coordinate facility construction, testing, commissioning, and handover activities. Use Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD proficiently. Communicate clearly in written and spoken English. Demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project-coordination capabilities. Collaborate effectively with contractors, consultants, and diverse internal teams. Demonstrate initiative, accountability, adaptability, and continuous learning. Perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced project environment.
