Lead concept design for electrical facility systems supporting a 300mm semiconductor fabrication plant. Prepare technical specifications and Requests for Proposal for assigned facility packages. Review and monitor design progress by EPC contractors and design consultants. Manage on-site construction schedules for electrical and related MEP systems. Coordinate system installation, testing, commissioning, and operational handover. Support high-voltage distribution, gas-insulated switchgear, transformers, and emergency power systems. Resolve technical, construction, and commissioning issues with project stakeholders. Track design submissions, project milestones, risks, and contractors’ deliverables.
Hold a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related discipline. Possess experience operating electrical systems within a 300mm semiconductor fabrication facility. Understand 22–66 kV electrical systems, gas-insulated switchgear, main transformers, and emergency generators. Interpret electrical single-line diagrams, engineering drawings, and technical specifications. Coordinate electrical construction, installation, testing, and commissioning activities. Work effectively with EPC contractors, consultants, operations teams, and relevant stakeholders. Use Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD proficiently. Demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project-management capabilities. Communicate effectively across functions and geographically diverse teams. Demonstrate initiative, responsibility, resilience, and a continuous-learning mindset. Perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment.
