Lead concept design for instrumentation and control systems supporting a 300mm semiconductor fabrication plant. Prepare technical requirements and Requests for Proposal for I&C system packages. Review and monitor design progress by I&C contractors and design consultants. Manage on-site construction schedules, installation activities, and quality requirements. Coordinate system integration, testing, commissioning, and operational handover. Ensure I&C designs and implementations meet project requirements and timelines. Resolve control-system, instrumentation, construction, and commissioning issues. Maintain project schedules, progress reports, technical records, and system documentation.
Hold a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Control Engineering, or a related discipline. Possess at least five years of relevant facilities instrumentation and control experience. Demonstrate experience with I&C systems within a 300mm semiconductor fabrication facility. Understand industrial instrumentation, control architecture, system integration, and commissioning. Interpret control diagrams, technical specifications, engineering drawings, and system documentation. Manage facility construction projects involving contractors and design consultants. Use Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD proficiently. Demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project-coordination capabilities. Communicate effectively across functions and geographically diverse teams. Perform effectively under pressure in a dynamic project environment. Demonstrate adaptability, resilience, innovation, and continuous learning. Experience working with Emerson Distributed Control Systems is preferred.
