Lead concept design and RFP preparation for mechanical systems within a 300mm semiconductor fabrication facility. Direct EPC contractors and design consultants throughout the facility design process. Ensure mechanical designs comply with project requirements, standards, and timelines. Manage on-site construction schedules, progress, quality, risks, and technical deliverables. Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and operational handover of mechanical systems. Lead operation and maintenance activities for all mechanical facility systems after construction. Optimise system performance, reliability, energy efficiency, and lifecycle effectiveness. Provide technical leadership for exhaust, chiller, process cooling water, and cleanroom systems. Resolve complex design, construction, operations, and maintenance issues. Lead and develop engineering teams to achieve project and operational milestones.
Hold a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. Possess at least 15 years of relevant facilities mechanical engineering experience. Demonstrate extensive mechanical-system experience within a 300mm semiconductor fabrication facility. Possess strong knowledge of exhaust, chiller, process cooling water, and cleanroom systems. Lead mechanical facility design, construction, commissioning, operations, and maintenance. Manage EPC contractors, design consultants, project risks, schedules, and quality requirements. Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and equipment documentation. Use Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD proficiently. Communicate clearly in written and spoken English. Demonstrate strong leadership, people-management, and team-development capabilities. Resolve complex technical and operational issues through structured analysis. Collaborate effectively across functions and geographically diverse teams.
