To coordinate with Construction Manager for all planning and execution. Coordinate with the Construction Manager on project planning, scheduling, and execution of works. Manage and coordinate contractors for electrical panel installation, testing, and commissioning activities. Liaise with consultants and clients regarding shop drawing design, review, and approvals. Prepare Method Statements and Risk Assessments (MSRA), micro schedules, look-ahead plans, and daily/monthly progress reports during construction and testing & commissioning phases. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and engineering issues to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure all installations comply with project specifications, approved designs, local regulations, codes, and industry standards. Prepare for and attend client inspections, testing activities, and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) as required. Maintain effective coordination among project stakeholders to achieve project objectives and deadlines. Carry out any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Possess strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of AutoCAD and the ability to interpret electrical drawings and schematics. Sound knowledge of High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) electrical equipment, including transformers, switchgears, circuit breakers, protection relays, motors, and generators. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to work.
