Understand market and buyers’ needs and buying processes • Develop marketing strategies and materials for marketing campaigns • Develop and implement market creation activities such as promotion, demand generation etc. to build brand awareness and share gain from competition • Analyse market trends, gaps, competitors and opportunities • Provide sales and technical training to channels to drive growth • Provide technical/marketing training to customer and sales team. • Actively explore new methodologies to leverage on different mainstream and digital platform to maximize market reach and growth • Assist technical team on complaint analysis and follow up • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product launch readiness • Maintain inventory and control at a healthy level • Prepare technical documentation for product • Delivery high quality of work standards • Other duties as assigned
