You'll start in operations and have a clear runway to grow into SRE, DevOps, and cloud engineering roles as your career builds. You'll start with up to 12 weeks of full-time training, then move into a client project with one of Singapore's leading organisations. A practical way in, and your opportunity to build a strong professional profile fast. Our clients sit across banking, investment, insurance, energy, and retail. Your first assignment could see you running root cause analysis on production issues, working with ITIL pipelines, supporting APIs, or helping engineering teams keep cloud networks running cleanly. Your first 12 weeks You'll start with training in FDM's Skills Lab, getting hands-on with IT Service Management, cloud, Python, Linux, DevOps tooling, IT security, and AI integrations. You'll see how modern operations teams actually work day to day, and you'll build your AI fluency along the way, because knowing how to work alongside AI is now part of the job. By the time you step onto your first client assignment, you'll have the practical skills employers ask for, and the confidence to use them. After training We match you to a client opportunity that fits your strengths, your interests, and where you want your career to head. You'll join their team, contribute to live work, and keep learning on the job. Roles you could move into include: • Site Reliability Engineer. Keep large-scale systems running fast and reliably for the people and businesses depending on them. • Network Engineer. Support and improve the networks that move data between teams, platforms, and customers. • IT Operations Analyst. Spot patterns in incidents, run root cause analysis, and help teams stop the same issues coming back. • Application Support. Support the platforms business teams rely on every day and keep them performing at their best. • Service Analyst. Work across ITIL pipelines to keep service quality high and turnaround times sharp. • Technical Support. Help users and teams solve problems quickly with internal platforms and vendor applications. • Production Support Analyst. Troubleshoot live issues, get fixes in fast, and keep critical systems available. Job Requirements

A bachelor's degree or higher, in any subject; Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; Clear communication and good people skills; The ability to pick things up quickly and adapt to new environments; Determination and the drive to go the extra mile as an IT consultant; A commitment to completing FDM's full 2.5-year graduate programme; Eligibility to work in Singapore
