Supply Chain & Inventory Support • Assist in planning and coordinating delivery orders to ensure timely fulfillment • Support daily warehouse operations, inventory checks, and stock management activities • Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and preparing weekly/monthly inventory reports • Support inventory analysis and monitor stock levels to ensure operational efficiency Logistics Operations & Process Support • Assist in reverse logistics and return management processes • Support export shipment documentation and RMA-related activities • Ensure compliance with company operational procedures and safety standards • Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth logistics and delivery operations Reporting & Operational Support • Track and assist in reporting logistics and supply chain performance metrics • Support investigation and follow-up of operational or warehouse-related issues • Assist the Supply Manager with project coordination and ad-hoc operational tasks • Support project delivery processes from purchase order receipt to final delivery completion
