• Perform post-sales project implementation and technical support for Transmission SDH/HMSTP/WDM equipment such as on-site survey, installation, planning, commissioning and maintenance. • Provide post-sales technical support to customers through remote and on-site trouble-shooting. • Provide technical solution and hands-on support on SDH/HMSTP/ WDM network. • Support test activities of operator acceptance testing. • Participate in necessary technical meetings pertaining to operators, internal staff or its associated customers.
• Possess a minimum of Bachelor Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related fields • Preferable candidate with internship experience in telecommunication project implementation/network planning /cutover experience in SDH, HMSTP and WDM Network • Knowledge or experience in SDH, MSTP, or WDM networks is an advantage. • Certifications such as HCIA, CCNA, or other relevant IT/telecom certifications will be an added advantage. • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels. • Willingness to participate in ad-hoc standby or support duties when required.
