Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely delivery of materials and products. Arrange transportation, freight bookings, and customs clearance with logistics service providers and freight forwarders. Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve transportation or delivery issues. Prepare and review shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and export/import documentation. Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory control activities. Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure efficient receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods. Collaborate with procurement, production, customer service, and sales teams to support operational requirements. Track logistics costs and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings. Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade requirements, and company policies. Analyze logistics performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports. Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to shipments, inventory, and transportation. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and customer satisfaction. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or warehouse operations. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage. Familiarity with import/export regulations and shipping documentation is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
