The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for the profitability of the chain restaurant outlet. He/she performs outlet-level support functions,such as customer service, scheduling, handling day-to-day operations, ordering inventory, and back-office support.He/she demonstrates the recruitment and retention, training, and motivation of staff, and maintains quality control, hygiene, health and safety standards, and customer's experience in the outlet.
At least 3 years of working experience in the restaurant industry is required for this position. Excellent interpersonal skills. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field. Preferably Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
